Hostess Brands, Inc. is recalling “Hostess® Mini Muffins (chocolate chip variety) due to undeclared walnuts.
The product was sold in retail stores nationwide and comes in a multi-pack that contains 4-packs with five muffins in each pack. It is marked with UPC 45000-60703 and stamped “Best By: OCT 31 $7.98/lb $3.99;” printed below will be"62 259" followed by a capital letter, a time stamp and the number “1029.”
Consumers may return the product to the place of purchase for a full refund or call the company at (800) 483-7253 for a replacement coupon.
