WW-P is holding Open Registration for new students entering grades Kindergarten through 12 for the 2024-2025 school year on Wednesday, July 24; Wednesday, Aug. 7; Wednesday, Aug. 21, 2024, from 2–8 p.m.
A registration appointment is not required but we do ask that you please RSVP here if you plan to attend one of the dates listed above.
Open registration for the dates listed above will be held at the District Central Offices located at 321 Village Road East, West Windsor. Members of the school registration and technology staff will be available to assist families with the online registration process. A child’s birthday must fall between Oct 2, 2018, and October 1, 2019, to be eligible to attend kindergarten for the 2024-2025 school year.
In-person registration is not required, but it is an option, should a family need assistance navigating the online application via Registration Gateway.

Parents/guardians who will be attending the in-person open registration should bring the following documents with them. Missing records will result in your child’s registration to be incomplete until the requirements are met.
1. Student Birth Certificate
2. Four (4) proofs of residency:
a. One (1) primary document:
i. Renters: Fully executed lease
ii. Homeowners: Deed, Closing Statement, most recent Mortgage Statement, or most recent Property Tax Bill
b. Three (3) secondary documents (e.g., bank account, driver’s license, insurance, utility bills issued in the last 30 days)
3. Student immunization record: (We require a full list of all vaccines that the child has received.
4. Current physical exam forms (completed by a NJ doctor in the past 365 days) must be submitted within 30 days of registration.
5. Recent student photo (head shot, face forward)
6. Academic records (if applicable)
