For all change of address requests, please fill out the change of address form below and contact the registrar, at wwp.registration@wwprsd.org in order to submit the form.
Proof of residency documents - Verification of a child's residency requires the presentation of one (1) of the following documents with a district address.
One (1) Proof of Residency is required:
- Renters: Fully executed lease
- Homeowners: Deed or property tax bill
